Top man in the world wins as Gay skips US 200m race as expected.

Usain Bolt cruised to a 20.25 win in Kingston; and a world away 31 year old Shawn Crawford blasted to the #1 slot in the USA for the 4th time; beating 3rd place Wallace Spearmon (24) and 2nd placer Charles Clark (21) ....

Age is no barrier it seems and giving a decade away didn't stop Crawford.

Tyson Gay had better get his mind and body into gear as he takes advantage of his "bye" to get stronger for Berlin though in the 200m his starting problems of late should be of less relevance.

Allyson Felix ran a 22.02 to take the US womens title and in Kingston Veronica Campbell-Brown nailed a 22.40 over the same distance.
